What type of custom photo cards do you offer?
Right now we are offering custom photo cards in both the 4 x 6 and 5 x 7 sizes. They are professinally printed on Fuji Crystal archive photo paper with a matte or glossy finish. Every order comes with 70# white, square flap envelopes.
We will be adding other custom photo card sizes and services to our line as well as cardstock options so check back often.

Can I purchase my custom photo birth announcements ahead of time?
Absolutely! Payment in full is needed, then choose a custom photo birth announcement design, give us mommy and daddy's info and when your baby arrives we will insert their vital info! We can mail you your envelopes ahead of time as well for a small charge of $7.

How long will it take to receive my custom photo cards?
Once your payment clears and we receive your info and photos, we will be busy creating your personalized custom photo cards! You can expect an eproof within 24-48 hours and another 4-7 business days for your order to be shipped out once your proof is approved. During the holidays, we have delays with our vendors and orders ship in 7-9 business days. We often print and ship much sooner - but this is the allowance that we like to give our vendors and the USPS that we ship through. If you need your shipment sooner, please add EXPRESS SERVICE to your order. By ordering from us, you acknowledge this turnaround time policy.

How long will it take to receive my personalized stationery?
Your stationery will ship 7-10 business days after purchase. We do offer an expedited/express service for an additional $10. We need this lead time in order to keep our stationery so affordable.

Do you offer a discount for ordering more than one product?
YES! If you are interested in ordering both birth announcements and thank you notes for example. Please be sure to email us for details and we will invoice you through PayPal to make the checkout process easier for you.

What if I want my custom photo cards sooner?
No Problem! Simply add the Express Service to your order when checking out. It's a $10 fee. You will receive a proof within 24 hours and your custom photo cards will be mailed in 24 hours once we receive proof approval.

Do you offer reprints if I realize that I need more photo cards?
Yes, we have a secure back up system and we're happy to do reprints within 6-8 weeks of a design. We prefer that you order at least 20.

Do you offer a DIY option?
YES! You can purchase the digital file of your high resolution announcement and have them printed anywhere you like. We email you the finished file sized to a 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 and we are happy to send you your design on cd for an additional $7.50.

How do you ship your packages?
We currently use the USPS in order to keep our prices low and offer our customers a flat rate. It will be shipped priority status.

Is it really that easy?
YEP! In a few days your custom announcements will arrive on your doorstep and you can sit back, relax and wait for the compliments on your beautiful baby to pour in!

What is your privacy policy?
Polkadot Bumblebee values your privacy as much as you do. We never rent, trade or sell your information and use only opt-in mailing lists. In addition, we do not handle the credit card processing. Payments are all processed through Pay Pal, a secure and trusted site!

What if I want reprints of my photo card?
We keep our designs on file for a few months. Please contact us about reprints. We prefer that you order reprints in amounts of 20.
